No u must push down on the guard for the saw to travel right. The flatter and more firm the base sits flat the easier it'll cut

Try a new blade in that saw…might be dull and that’s causing the jumping.
The stronger blade worked great for the second nightstand

It’s not our style and it’s cheaper to diy than buy new furniture to each their own ✌🏼

Jackie if I eat quinoa 1/3 or 1/4 cup and 1/3 or 1/4 cups of rice 1 cooked bell papers is that high protein lunch. Could you please give me high lunch no tofu not meat no avocado. I want wight on thighs and glutes most usa females have nice bigger meat thighs and glutes please give lunch and dinner high protein that growth glutes ? Thank you

I dont really see too much difference I think what she will need to do is to add at least a 15 lbs dumbell set to her workout for better results. Other wise I think she made a good job 👍
When you live a healthy lifestyle you won’t see drastic differences I don’t have lots of weight to lose but my definition got better and I could lift heavier at the end✌🏼

If you need less range of motion stick to pushups on your knees or on the floor not on the wall

Im showing my personal workout without modifications. However in my private coaching groups I offer loads of workouts and workouts like this with modifications for knee/ back shoulder issues etc

Im not sure yet what the modifier will look like but I think you will need the attachment for some of the moves or get creative and substitute those out
Yes you will need a door attachment. I ended up putting mine on the wall as my gym door is glass.

She is definitely more toned and stronger. Its not always about loosing a ton of weight.
Her abdominal/oblique area is noticeably more defined. She was also already lean and in good shape to start with so it's not like she had a lot of extra weight to lose. There's also the fact that she's a woman so she's not gonna build loads of muscle in comparison to a man because she doesn't have the same levels of testosterone. Given her starting point, age, and gender she got great results in only 6 weeks.
When you live a healthy active fit lifestyle you won’t see a drastic difference each new program I don’t have weight to lose but my arm definition increased, I lifted heavier and my thighs slimmed down that’s a win for me

Well done. Yesterday I did the sample workout as t am following Prep week timetable, it was hard lol. I am sore today! I thought it would be easy .... I was wrong.

Since this is an old video I cant say. However the workouts are only 20 min so there isn't really any rest so you get the most results from those 20 min. Anyways if you want to know more about the fitness program let me know
